President's Message - April 30, 2021

Good evening all. 

The company and Union are in the process of a negotiations protocol, where, when, and  how. 

We should finalize details next week. Negotiation surveys are being handed out and are also attached here below. Please do not send it back through email. Print it off, if you didn’t get a hard copy, and hand a copy to one of the Chief Stewards or myself. We will collect them over the next few weeks so please fill it out and give your negotiating team some direction.

 There is a lot of focus in the oil temper department! I’m sure you have heard the news that we had two brothers terminated and many suspensions.   Please be on guard, wear your PPE, your face mask,  and social distance. This goes for all jobs. Be aware!!
