Good Morning members and retirees of USW Local 5328. 

Well we made it to the end of 2023!! Some ups and downs but we survived another year of being busy, not busy, shipping crazy amounts, not shipping anything! A couple of unfortunate accidents that were life changing, but we are resilient and will deal with it to make our workplace safer!! 

 We have some work going on in the plant. In the oil temper the company is removing the bridge section of #2 line to create a safer work area. It will create more room and easier access  to and from 1 and 3 lines. There is a new lime tank being installed at the cleaning line. 

 Welcome to our new members, Kassandra in wire draw and Kris and Jamie in the Oil Temper. 

 The Holiday season is a perfect time to reflect on our blessings and seek out ways to make life better for those around us!!!
