Good evening members and retirees of USW Local 5328.

Looks like maintenance found the issue with the new furnace door. Hopefully it will be up and running by the end of the weekend. 

 ArcelorMittal Director of sales, David Hudson, has secured some annealing for outside processing to be able supply our major customers. 

On the home page the Info for the Childrens Christmas party as well as the plant gate collection this Monday. All monies collected will be donated to Hamilton Food Share. 

The Childrens Christmas party is Saturday Dec 17. If your are resisting your children or grandchildren, please fill out a form and put into the union box next to North test see Mike Hnatjuk or myself to pay.

 As mentioned earlier this week, we have another positive COLA calculation of .11 cents as of Sunday November 20,2022. That brings the COLA to $2.16 per every straight time hour worked. 

 The next Union membership meeting is Thursday Dec 8 at 5:00 pm. Christmas social to follow. Catered meal and refreshments will be served.
